Red Hare Brewing Company Tasting Event, Thursday March. 31, 2016 at 6:00PM

Red Hare Brewing Company is an independent microbrewery located in the heart of Marietta, GA. In August 2011, Red Hare started selling craft beer throughout the state of Georgia and in 2012 became the first craft brewery in Georgia to can their beer. Now offering four year round beers in addition to seasonal and reserve brands, Red Hare is currently distributed in Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina.

Red Hare staff will be here for Q&A. Gulf Distributing’s, Pete Teske will also be on hand, he is one of two Certified Cicerones in Mobile.

• Evolving Hare: Citra (Cottage Hill Package Exclusive)
Style: Session IPA ABV: 4.6% 33 IBU
Evolving Hare is a session IPA hop bursted and dry hopped with CITRA hops, giving it a tropical fruit aroma and a sharp pine profile. *THIS BEER IS DRAFT ONLY AND WILL BE SOLD IN COMMEMORATIVE PINT GLASSES*

• Gangway IPA
Style: American style IPA ABV: 6.2% 65 IBUs
Gangway IPA is crisp, unfiltered, and golden in color and slightly sweet; hopped with Willamette, Chinook, Cascade and dry hopped with Falconers Flight.
Pairing Suggestions: Bold, spicy cuisine, seafood, chicken, peppery and sharp cheeses.

• Cotton Tail Pale Ale
Style: Pale Ale ABV: 5.5% 37 IBU
Zythos hops scent this ale with a refreshing citrusy aroma which translates into floral, orange notes on the tongue. A sweet malty backbone balances the slight bitterness of the hop profile making this a refreshing brew with a clean finish- the perfect companion for any activity!
Pairing Suggestions: Poultry, salads, earthy,nutty, and tangy cheese.

• SPF 50/50
Style: IPR (India Pale Radler) ABV: 4.2% 38 IBU
SPF 50/50 is a light, refreshing blend of Gangway IPA and our house brewed sparkling grapefruit soda. Sweet grapefruit zest mingles perfectly with citrusy hop notes, making this the perfect can to take with you everywhere this summer.

• Whabbit Wheat
Style: American Wheat Ale ABV: 5.6% 11 IBU
Whabbit Wheat is an unfiltered, lightly-hopped American Wheat ale, loaded with apricots and peaches. Saaz hops add floral notes that play well with slight sweetness and tart crispness of the apricot and peach. A light body and fruit forward aroma make this the perfect Wheat Ale to beat the heat this whabbit season.
Pairing Suggestions: Apertifs, salads, seafood, pastries, pies, earthy and nutty cheese.
