Rum Chicken
A wonderful Caribbean-inspired marinade for chicken that`s perfect for barbecuing. Pairs well with cilantro rice
• 1/2 cup lime juice
• 1/2 cup dark rum like Kraken or Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 2 cloves garlic
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ tablespoons grated ginger
• 1 habanero
Put in blender or food processor

Crown Royal Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
2 (15.25 ounce) cans peaches in light syrup
1 (15.25 ounce) package cinnamon crumb/coffee cake mix
½ cup butter, melted
1/2 cup butter softened
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
Food process cream cheese, softened butter and cake mix.
Mix 1/2 cup peach Crown Royal with canned peaches and pour on top of cake mixture. pour on butter and sprinkle with cinnamon
350 for 50 mins until bubbly!
